Stress was at his peak.
Today direct boss was just opening their mouth
while i'm the one doing the job
and the one who got scolded this lady (lets called her D1).

Setup started at 3pm
But arrived late at 4pm.
Got scolded for being late by D1
With no chance of explanation

I needed to go to 2 places to collect equipments
and with my vehicle tyres and petrol not enough
needed to go refuel and pump the tyres
That why we are late.
And D1 just dun stop shutting her mouth on the phone.
It was just a bad start.

Setup starts at 4.15pm
Had planned to complete setup by 8pm.
I had assigned all tasks
But nobody wanted to partner with D1
Nobody can take her nonsenses
So in the end I have to take her nonsenses
becoz my direct boss was not around yet
even he is around, he is completely useless

Yahz and took her nonsenses, her scolding, her angry face
just whatever that shoot to me
I just take the direct hit

Stress and Pressure was just piling up
Everyone had complete their assigned duties
Except for me
And my useless direct boss was just walking around aimlessly
It was already 8.30pm
I just completed 45% of the setup

The feeling of being pissed, wasting time and no fruitful result was there
The final straw was when D1 demand me to go find a scissor
search high for it until I could not take it.
I havent even had a single drop of drink and food
and been climbing up and down
carrying equipments up and down
while D1 was just sitting on the chair and using her mouth.

Almost scolded her but was restrained
But I shouted at my direct boss
In the end I was asked to go have my dinner with my colleagues
and let my direct boss settled with D1

Nobody understands my feeling
The effort was wasteful
The time was wasted
The energy was wasted
The result was wasted
The planning was wasted
The frustration of everything being wasted
Hate it when someone is using the mouth to talk
with no action
